从踏入河南省开封市顺河回族区的 第一天起,贾瑞琴就把关心支持国防建设 视为神圣职责,用实际行动填写着第一书 记的档案。几年来,在贾瑞琴的带领下,顺 河回族区先后被河南省、开封市命名为 “双拥模范区”,全区的民兵整组、高炮训 练、征兵等10多项工作受到总部、济南军 区和省军区的表彰奖励。2004年,该区人 武部还被河南省军区推荐为“民族团结先 进单位”。贾瑞琴本人也曾荣获全国民旅 团结进步模范个人、河南省巾帼建功标 兵、河南省“三八红填手”和开封市第四届 关心支持国防建设“十佳人物”。
