今天我们全文刊出黄金芳教授1954年在中华口腔科杂志上发表的《早期前牙反(牙合)-急待解放的生长发育》论文。 大家知道在我国50年的口腔正畸发展史上,前30年的临床治疗以活动矫治器为主,后20年以方丝弓系列固定矫治器为主。但50年来替牙期、恒牙早期的牙源性前牙反(牙合)至今临床上仍以经典的“(牙合)垫双曲舌簧矫治器”来矫正。黄教授该篇论文,最早提出了用“(牙合)垫双曲舌簧”矫正前牙反(牙合),并详细介绍制作方法及舌簧机理。她把早期矫正前牙反(牙合)称之为“解放前颌骨”,把牙齿错(牙合)与颌骨发育受阻的关系,及正畸治疗既对牙又要对骨的关系作了精辟的论述。至今有着重要的意义。 由于黄金芳教授的努力,使口腔正畸学首批成为口腔医学的临床博士点,批准成立教研室,出版全国统编的口腔学专科教材,加快了我国口腔正畸学科的发展。
