目的研究噬菌体MS2和f2对消毒剂二溴海因的抵抗力,探讨肠道病毒灭活效果的指示病毒。方法采用病毒悬液定量灭活试验方法,比较两种噬菌体对二溴海因的抗力。结果浓度为250 mg/L二溴海因消毒液作用5 min和10 min,对MS2噬菌体的灭活对数值分别为3.87和4.36。相同浓度的二溴海因消毒液作用5 min和10 min,对f2噬菌体的灭活对数值为3.25和3.48。二溴海因对f2噬菌体灭活对数值达到4.0以上,需要提高浓度到375 mg/L,且需要作用10 min。结论研究证明,f2噬菌体对二溴海因抗力明显高于MS2噬菌体。
Objective To study the resistance of bacteriophage MS2 and f2 to dibromohexin as disinfectant and to explore the indicator virus of enterovirus inactivation. Methods The quantitative inactivation test of virus suspension was used to compare the resistance of two phages to dibromohexin. Results The inactivation logarithm of MS2 phage was 3.87 and 4.36, respectively, at the concentrations of 250 mg / L dibromohexine for 5 min and 10 min. At the same concentration of dibromohexin for 5 min and 10 min, the logarithm of inactivation to f2 phage was 3.25 and 3.48, respectively. Dibromohexin inactivation of f2 bacteriophage on the number of 4.0 or more, the need to increase the concentration to 375 mg / L, and the need for 10 min. Conclusion Studies have shown that the f2 phage against dibromohexin was significantly higher than MS2 phage.
