近年来,公益型农民教育培训事业单位人力资源队伍的整体素质和结构有了很大改善,但在人力资源管理观念和人力资源管理机制等方面仍存在不足,导致服务水平和效率低下。本文列举了公益型农民教育培训事业单位人力资源管理中普遍存在的激励约束机制缺乏、绩效评价设置不合理等问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的对策。
In recent years, the overall quality and structure of the human resources team of public welfare farmer education and training institutions have been greatly improved, but there are still inadequacies in terms of human resources management concepts and human resources management mechanisms, resulting in low service levels and inefficiencies. This paper lists the common problems in the management of public welfare farmer education and training institutions, such as the lack of incentive and restraint mechanisms and the unreasonable performance appraisal, and analyzes the causes of the problems and proposes the solutions to the problems.
