在经济全球化趋势影响下,世界各地的不同文明也进行了全球范围内的大融合。随着各国的文化相互交融,各国的人民的相互了解得到增强,地区文化在相互借鉴交流中得到成长和发展。作为一个具有悠久灿烂文明的古国,我国民族文化源远流长、博大精深,其中民族音乐作为传统文化中的重要组成部分,也在文化交流中大放光彩。因此,在我们传播我国的传统民族音乐的同时,也要加大民族音乐的传承和发展。虽然这种百花争鸣的文化交流机会令人欣喜,但是也对我国民俗音乐提出了更多的挑战。无论是单纯的拒绝外来文化,还是完全接受外来文化,都将会制约我国民族音乐的传承与发展。为此,在多元文化背景下,民族音乐教育相关的高校如何采取有效的措施来应对外来文化问题,成为保证民族音乐传承和发展的关键。
Under the influence of the trend of economic globalization, different civilizations around the world have also carried out large-scale integration in the world. As the cultures of different countries blend in with each other, mutual understanding among peoples in all countries is enhanced and regional cultures have grown and developed through mutual exchange of ideas and exchanges. As an ancient country with a long and splendid civilization, the national culture of our country has a long history and great depth. Among them, national music, as an important part of traditional culture, also shines brightly in cultural exchange. Therefore, as we spread our traditional national music, we must also increase the inheritance and development of national music. Although this spectacular cultural exchange opportunity is very gratifying, it also poses more challenges to folk music in our country. Whether simply rejecting foreign cultures or completely accepting foreign cultures, it will restrict the inheritance and development of our national music. For this reason, under the multi-cultural background, how to take effective measures to deal with foreign cultural issues by universities related to ethnic music education has become the key to ensure the inheritance and development of national music.
