目的分析弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的临床特点、诊断标准及预后。方法回顾性分析32例DAI的致病原因、临床特点、CT征象、GCS评分与预后关系。结果32例DAI患者痊愈10例,轻残11例,重残3例,植物生存3例,死亡5例。结论DAI的致死率和致残率高。GCS评分对判断DAI患者的预后有指导意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical features, diagnostic criteria and prognosis of diffuse axonal injury (DAI). Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases of DAI causes of the disease, clinical features, CT signs, GCS score and prognosis. Results 32 DAI patients were cured in 10 cases, mild disability in 11 cases, severe disability in 3 cases, plant survival in 3 cases and death in 5 cases. Conclusion DAI has high lethality and morbidity. GCS score for judging the prognosis of patients with DAI guidance.
