基于文献计量学的胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像学研究热点分析

目的从文献计量学的角度分析最近5年胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤在影像学领域的研究状况。方法下载Pub Med数据库中2010~2015年相关的文献题录,用Bicomb 2.0软件和SPSS 22.0统计软件对高频主题词进行统计、聚类分析,得到胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像学研究现状及热点。结果 2010~2015年累计收录胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤影像学相关文献357篇,频次超过13次的主题词28个。对这28个高频主题词进行聚类,并分析每个类别的相关内容,得到了3个研究热点。结论影像学技术、超声引导下细针穿刺活检与病理的对照研究、影像学与疾病治疗是胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤影像学最近5年的研究热点。 Objective To analyze the research status of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors in the field of imaging from the perspective of bibliometrics. Methods The related bibliographies of Pub Med database from 2010 to 2015 were downloaded and the high frequency keywords were analyzed by using Bicomb 2.0 software and SPSS 22.0 statistical software to get the imaging research status and hot spots of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Results From 2010 to 2015, a total of 357 articles on imaging of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors and 28 keywords on the frequency of more than 13 were collected. By clustering these 28 high-frequency keywords and analyzing the relevant contents of each category, three research hotspots have been obtained. Conclusion Imaging technique, ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy and pathology control, imaging and disease treatment is the research focus of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor imaging in recent 5 years.
