本文从地质工程学科专业属性和社会需求出发,强调重视地质基础知识教育,重视学生工程素养和设计能力的训练,重视实践动手能力和创新能力的培养是十分重要的教育环节。特别针对我国西部地区人才需求和地质环境的特点,构建了“一中心、三层次、五训练”的新型实践教学体系;在实验教学内容上倡导以科研成果为基础开设新型实验项目,较好地实现了基础与前沿、经典与现代的有机结合,建立了一套适应学生能力培养、鼓励探索创新的实验考核方法和实验教学模式,为培养地质工程创新人才打下了坚实的基础。
Based on the specialty of geo-engineering discipline and social needs, this paper emphasizes the emphasis on the education of geological basic knowledge, emphasis on students’ engineering accomplishment and design ability training, emphasis on practical ability and innovation ability is very important education link. In particular, according to the characteristics of talent demand and geological environment in the western region of China, a new type of practical teaching system of “one center, three levels and five trainings” has been established; a new type of experimental project based on scientific research has been advocated in the content of experimental teaching The combination of foundation and front, classics and modern has been well established, and a set of experimental assessment methods and experimental teaching mode that fits the cultivation of students’ abilities and encourages the exploration and innovation has been established, laying a solid foundation for the training of innovative talents in geological engineering.
