政治思想工作的展开情况直接影响着员工的思想认识、生活方式和价值观念,而且也直接影响企业的发展前景。在市场经济的影响下,企业员工的思想比较多元,也容易受到周围环境的影响,企业政治思想工作面临着很多新的挑战,企业政治思想工作方面的问题在烟草企业中也依然存在。政治思想工作的开展情况直接关系到烟草行业的发展,如何在政治思想工作中解决人的思想、观念和政治立场问题,是政治思想工作首先要解决的。思想政治工作是进行开展工作的基础,所以我们要加强烟草企业领导队伍建设,全面的提高员工的思想素质,积极的采取措施面对政治思想工作中的挑战。
