对血管性头痛的患儿用心率变异(HRV)测定短时(30分钟)分析的方法,测定血管性头痛和健康儿童站位和仰卧位时自主神经系统(ANS)的功能并进行对比。做出对血管性头痛患儿ANS张力的正确评价。此方法迅速方便,无创伤性。现报告如下。
In a short-term (30-min) analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) in children with vascular headache, the function of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) in vascular headache and healthy children’s stations and supine position was measured and compared.
