主动式冷梁是一种带新风诱导的气-水换热末端装置。诱导比是衡量主动式冷梁诱导性能的重要指标,在一次风量稳定的情况下,诱导比大的主动式冷梁冷却能力高。通过改变冷梁喷嘴直径、喷嘴收缩角和喷嘴间距,采用CFD软件对冷梁的诱导性能进行模拟研究,计算分析一次风量下诱导比的变化规律。结果表明:选用直径小的圆柱型喷嘴或收缩角小的喷嘴,且喷嘴间距分布在36 mm~72 mm之间,主动式冷梁可获得较高的诱导比。
Active cold beam is a fresh air-induced heat exchanger end of the device. The inducement ratio is an important index to measure the induced performance of the active cold beam. When the primary air volume is stable, the active cooling beam with large induced ratio has high cooling capacity. By changing the diameter of the cold beam nozzle, the nozzle angle of contraction and the nozzle spacing, the CFD software was used to simulate the induced performance of the cold beam, and the variation of the induction ratio under primary air flow was calculated and analyzed. The results show that the smaller the diameter of the cylindrical nozzle or small nozzle angle, and the nozzle spacing between 36 mm ~ 72 mm, the active cold beam can get a higher induction ratio.
