本文介绍:异金属型中频交流发电机的转子,由MH241磁性和1Cr18Ni9Ti无磁材料拼成。共有四个器件,形状奇特,热膨胀系数相差2倍以上。使用Cu-Mn-Ni系钎焊料,真空钎焊后,12道钎缝可一次成型。取代了熔化焊和钎焊二步工序的工艺。整体尺寸精度高,钎缝致密,产品的强度和电性能均达到或超过美国轴向“Lundell”型转子水平。 文中对钎科、钎焊工艺、接缝强度作了阐述;并对钎缝检验,断口形貌和钎焊气氛等进行了探讨。
This article describes: different-metal-frequency AC generator rotor, made of MH241 magnetic and 1Cr18Ni9Ti non-magnetic materials. A total of four devices, unique shape, thermal expansion coefficient difference of more than 2 times. Using Cu-Mn-Ni brazing material, vacuum brazing, 12 brazing seam can be formed once. Replaces the process of melting and brazing two-step process. The overall size of high precision, dense brazing, the strength and electrical properties of products meet or exceed the United States axial “Lundell” rotor level. In this paper, Brazing Branch, brazing technology, joint strength were described; and the brazing seam inspection, fracture morphology and brazing atmosphere were discussed.
