对67例紫癜性肾炎的临床与病理分析。结果显示,紫癜性肾炎在系膜区免疫球蛋白沉积以IgA、M和IgA、G、M为主,病理改变在Ⅲ期以上者,临床有肾炎或肾病综合征表现和紫癜反复出现者疗效及预后差。
Clinical and pathological analysis of 67 cases of purpuric nephritis.
