用乙烯利杀雄配制的杂交小麦,已在一些地区示范试种。为在实践上提高杀雄效果与筛选新杀雄剂提供理论依据,以~(14)C-乙烯利涂布小麦剑叶(孕穗期),分析其在穗部释放~(14)C-乙烯和~(14)CO_2的规律;研究小麦植株对~(14)C-乙烯的吸收、运转与分布规律;利用放射性纸层分析及其扫描,探讨了~(14)C-乙烯利在小麦植株体内的代谢状况。试验结果表明,小麦孕穗期植株对乙烯的吸收、运转和分布规律,与对乙烯利的吸收、运转和分布规律基本一致;在小麦剑叶上涂以~(14)C-乙烯利,穗部释放~(14)C-乙烯主要是集中在10天以内,其高峰在第6天,这与乙烯利对小麦杀雄的“靶期”相吻合;乙烯被小麦植株吸收后对小麦具杀雄作用。认为乙烯利对
