本文从学术、教学艺术及技术层面,探讨如何开展大学英语团队建设,从而探索大学英语教师互动发展的新模式。从学术方面,主张以教师合作为平台,重新建构英语教师的知识体系;从教学方面,以教师反思与实践活动为中介,通过情感互动与认知互动,实现团队成员的共同成长。从技术实现角度,积极开展信息技术与英语教学资源的整合研究,提升大学英语教师的信息指导能力和信息驾驭能力。
This article discusses how to carry out the construction of college English team from the aspects of academic, teaching art and technology so as to explore a new mode of interactive development of college English teachers. From the academic aspect, it is advocated that the teachers’ cooperation should be taken as a platform to reconstruct the English teachers’ knowledge system. From the aspect of teaching, teachers’ reflection and practice activities should be taken as an intermediary to realize the mutual growth of team members through the interaction of emotional interaction and cognition. From the point of view of technology implementation, we should actively carry out integrated research on information technology and English teaching resources to enhance the ability of information instruction and information control of college English teachers.
