近年来,麻花钻钻头的修磨越来越被各国重视,有的国家已将钻头修磨型式与方法列为国家或行业标准。其中,美国宇航工业的刃型标准就是以十字刃磨为标准的。作者经对十字刃型钻头的耐用度试验和生产验证,证明它是一种高效率刃型。要了解钻削过程所特有的现象和机理,必须直接考察钻削过程,研究切屑变形。而钻削属于封闭式切削不能直接观察,故我们通过获得切屑根部,试验研究标准麻花钻和十字刃型麻花钻头的切屑变形,从而证明了十字刃型钻头是高效率钻头。
In recent years, twist drill bit more and more attention by countries, some countries have bit grinding type and method as a national or industry standard.
