百草枯是农业生产中广泛使用的一种除草剂,有较强的毒性。因百草枯中毒发病初期症状不典型,无特效解毒剂及后期不可逆转的肺纤维化已使其成为目前致死性最高的农药中毒。目前研究认为中毒损伤机制主要是通过其强氧化作用,使机体内还原酶及脂质的氧化,直接或间接损伤DNA,使细胞坏死或凋亡。提高救治成功的关键是加强基层医护人员对该病的认知水平,在服毒后第一时间及时行失活与吸附处置;进行强化血液灌流,合理应用免疫抑制剂和抗自由基、炎性介质药物。
Paraquat is a herbicide that is widely used in agricultural production and has strong toxicity. Due to the initial symptoms of paraquat poisoning is not typical, no specific antidote and irreversible late pulmonary fibrosis has become the most lethal pesticide poisoning.
