云芝多糖(KPS)、人参多糖(PPS)对诱发的小鼠腹膜炎,可使参出液中细胞内cAMP含量显著升高(P<0.01),CAMP/cGMP值增大,同时白细胞游走至腹腔受到明显抑制,而吞噬功能并无明显影响。提示二药具有一定的抗炎效用。而黄芪多糖(APS)虽也明显抑制白细胞游走(P<0.01),但吞噬功能反略增高,细胞内cAMP水平升高不明显(P>0.05),故有别于前二药的作用,尚待进一步探讨。
KPS and ginseng polysaccharides (PPS) induced peritonitis in mice, and the intracellular cAMP content in the extracts increased significantly (P<0.01), the CAMP/cGMP value increased, and the leukocytes swam to Abdominal cavity was significantly inhibited, but there was no significant effect on phagocytosis. Tip two drugs have a certain anti-inflammatory effect. Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) also significantly inhibited leukocyte migration (P<0.01), but slightly increased phagocytosis and increased intracellular cAMP levels (P>0.05), which was different from that of the first two drugs. Still to be further explored.
