On April 25, the 3rd Forum of Presidents’ Presidencies and the “Law Methods and Justice” Seminar hosted by the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People’s Court and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics were held in Shanghai. Hu Yunteng, director of the Supreme People’s Court Research Office, and Shen Zhixian, vice president of the Shanghai Higher People’s Court, attended the meeting and made speeches. Hu Yunteng pointed out: In judicatory practice, we should do a good job of case trials in the light of the special national conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We should make good use of the judicial interpretation power and judicial policy documents and judicial interpretations, and through judicial suggestions and case guidance
