[目的]为了解鼓楼区医疗机构消毒质量状况,找出消毒中存在问题,控制医院感染。[方法]依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995),于2007～2008年,每年5～10月对南京市鼓楼区医疗机构消毒质量检测资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2008年合计检测样品1800份,合格的1524份,合格率为84.67%。2008年合格率高于2007年,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。辖区医院为95.14%(352/370),乡镇卫生院为87.18%(639/733),个体诊所为76.47%(533/697)。三者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]医疗机构应加强对消毒工作管理,强化消毒人员的业务培训和制度落实。有关部门应加强对医疗机构消毒管理的监督工作。
[Objective] To understand the quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Gulou district, find out the problems in disinfection and control the hospital infection. [Method] According to “Disinfection Technical Specification” of the Ministry of Health (2002 edition) and “Hospital Disinfection Health Standard” (GB15982-1995), the data of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Gulou District of Nanjing City from May to October from 2007 to 2008 were collected. Analyze. [Result] A total of 1800 samples were tested from 2007 to 2008, 1524 were qualified, the pass rate was 84.67%. The qualification rate in 2008 was higher than that in 2007, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The area hospitals was 95.14% (352/370), township hospitals 87.18% (639/733), and individual clinics 76.47% (533/697). The difference between the three was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Medical institutions should strengthen the management of disinfection work, strengthen the business training and system implementation of disinfection personnel. Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of disinfection and management of medical institutions.
