杜锡瑞,河北乐亭人,1947年7月生,大专文化,国家一级美术师。现为河北省作家协会会员、中国书法家协会篆刻专业委员会委员、河北省书法家协会副主席、河北省书协省直分会主席、河北省民间工艺美术大师(巧雕印钮类)。广泛涉猎音乐、文学、书法、篆刻、巧雕印钮等多种艺术。书法篆刻作品参加七届国展、首届大字展、中国美术馆第二届当代名家书法提名展、首届当代篆刻艺术大展等国内外展览,并被有关博物馆、纪念馆收藏。2002年被中国书法家协会授予“德艺双馨”会员称号。
