介绍离子氮化+镀TiN的复合渗镀(简称PCVD)的模具表面强化新技术,表面强化层是由氮化层和气相沉积镀层组成,皆由PCVD法制备。试验表明这种复合表面可以显著提高各类模具的使用寿命。还可以改善压铸模具钢的热疲劳性能和耐铝液腐蚀性能。
This paper introduces a new technology of mold surface strengthening for ion nitriding + TiN plating (PCVD). The surface strengthening layer is composed of nitride layer and vapor deposition coating, both of which are prepared by PCVD method. Experiments show that this composite surface can significantly improve the service life of various types of mold. Can also improve the thermal fatigue properties of die-casting mold steel and aluminum corrosion resistance.
