掌握知识技能,是人的智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的结果,电工专业课教学中的经验表明,重视非智力因素的培养,不但有利于人才的成长,更加利于教学质量的提高。本文通过对培养动机、意志两方面的非智力因素的实践,阐明重视非智力因素的教学才是全面的教学。
The mastery of knowledge and skills is the result of the joint participation of human intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors. The experience in the teaching of electrotechnical specialty shows that paying attention to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors not only benefits the growth of qualified personnel but also benefits the improvement of teaching quality. Through the practice of cultivating motivation and will on both non-intelligence factors, this essay expounds the teaching that emphasizes non-intellectual factors is a comprehensive teaching.
