目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折手术治疗的疗效.方法 47例胸腰椎骨折的患者均行后路椎弓根螺钉及植骨,其中18例行后路椎板减压.结果 47例均获得随访,平均随访13个月(6～24个月).45例获得

目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折手术治疗的疗效.方法 47例胸腰椎骨折的患者均行后路椎弓根螺钉及植骨,其中18例行后路椎板减压.结果 47例均获得随访,平均随访13个月(6～24个月).45例获得较好恢复,2例截瘫患者无明显恢复.47例患者椎体前缘、椎体后缘(中柱)高度、Cobb角较术前均有明显改善.椎管内移位骨块复位率达90%.其中2例断钉.结论 采用椎弓根螺钉内固定与植骨,恢复伤椎高度,重建脊柱稳定性,通过椎板减压,有利于神经功能恢复.
