韭菜是我县普遍种植的一种蔬菜,习惯上只限于4～9月之间露地产菜。为解决当地冬春淡季,特别是元旦、春节群众吃菜问题,近年来我县将外地经验与本地实际相结合,研究总结、推广了塑料大棚栽培冬韭菜高产栽培技术,取得了显著的社会经济效益。一、韭菜对环境条件的要求1.温度:韭菜是半喜温蔬菜,既耐寒又耐热。种子发芽适温为11～15℃;生长适温为12～24℃,高于24℃则生长缓慢、叶片品质变差。叶子能耐-4～-5℃低温,土面以下的生长点在极端最低温度-40℃时,仍能安全越冬。
Leek is a commonly planted vegetables in our county, customarily limited to 4 to 9 months between open-field vegetables. Leaves can withstand -4 ~ -5 ℃ low temperature, the growth point below the soil surface in the extreme minimum temperature -40 ℃, still safe and wintering.
