韭菜是我县普遍种植的一种蔬菜,习惯上只限于4~9月之间露地产菜。为解决当地冬春淡季,特别是元旦、春节群众吃菜问题,近年来我县将外地经验与本地实际相结合,研究总结、推广了塑料大棚栽培冬韭菜高产栽培技术,取得了显著的社会经济效益。一、韭菜对环境条件的要求1.温度:韭菜是半喜温蔬菜,既耐寒又耐热。种子发芽适温为11~15℃;生长适温为12~24℃,高于24℃则生长缓慢、叶片品质变差。叶子能耐-4~-5℃低温,土面以下的生长点在极端最低温度-40℃时,仍能安全越冬。
Leek is a commonly planted vegetables in our county, customarily limited to 4 to 9 months between open-field vegetables. In order to solve the local winter and spring off-season, especially the New Year’s Day, the Spring Festival crowd eating problems, in recent years my county will field experience combined with the local reality, research concluded that the promotion of plastic greenhouse cultivation of leek high-yielding cultivation techniques and achieved remarkable socio-economic benefit. The suitable temperature for seed germination was 11-15 ℃, the optimum temperature for growth was 12-24 ℃, while the growth rate was higher than 24 ℃, and the quality of the leaves became worse. Leaves can withstand -4 ~ -5 ℃ low temperature, the growth point below the soil surface in the extreme minimum temperature -40 ℃, still safe and wintering.
