作者采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照方法评价了小剂量阿司匹林预防胎儿发育延迟(FGR)的效果。 323例妊娠15~18周妇女进入本研究。Ⅰ期研究230例,Ⅱ期研究93例。284例患者完成全部研究。Ⅰ期研究分安慰剂组、阿司匹林组(每天150 mg)、阿司匹林(每天150mg)加潘生丁(每天225mg)组。Ⅱ期研究中不设安慰剂组。研究表明,治疗组中产妇的婴儿平均出生体重(225g,P=0.029)明显高于安慰剂组。安慰剂组与治疗组所产男、女婴儿平均
The authors evaluated the effect of low-dose aspirin in preventing fetal development delay (FGR) using a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled approach. 323 women aged 15 to 18 weeks of pregnancy entered the study. 230 cases of stage Ⅰ study, 93 cases of stage Ⅱ study. All 284 patients completed the study. Phase I study was divided into placebo group, aspirin group (150 mg daily), aspirin (150 mg daily) plus dipyridamole (225 mg daily) group. There were no placebo groups in the phase II study. Studies have shown that the average birth weight of infants in the treatment group (225g, P = 0.029) was significantly higher than placebo.
