现代市场经济的快速发展,对企业的生存和进步提出了更多挑战。面对着变幻莫测的国际环境,企业只有不断提高竞争能力和适应能力,才能够获得长久发展。创建学习型组织,构建有效的标杆管理机制对提高企业的核心竞争力具有积极作用。因此,本文基于学习型组织和标杆管理的基本概念,重点探究了企业组建标杆管理学习型组织的相关策略,以期为促进企业的发展提供一定指导意义。
The rapid development of modern market economy poses more challenges to the survival and progress of enterprises. In the face of the unpredictable international environment, enterprises can only achieve long-term development if they continuously improve their competitiveness and adaptability. Creating a learning organization and building an effective benchmarking mechanism have a positive effect on improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, based on the basic concepts of learning organization and benchmarking management, this article focuses on the relevant strategies of enterprises to establish benchmarking management learning organizations, with a view to providing some guidance to promote the development of enterprises.
