一、概况大庆石油管理局第一采油厂北1—2联合站的压气机房,于87～88年先后安装了五台4L-40/0.3～3.5型石油气体压缩机.安装以后,在开机使用时,有严重的振动和噪声,且使用时间愈长,振动和噪声也愈加剧.实测最大噪声值(发生金属敲击声)达105dB,最低也有96dB.压缩机机体本身及和它所联接的管道系统振动严重,既影响;压缩机的使用寿命,也使安装在管道上的测温和测压仪表很快损毁.为了减少振动以延长机器和仪表的寿命,降低噪声以改善现场操作人员的劳动卫生条件,厂方
