为了培养符合社会要求的人才,课程设计或改革时有必要进行“目标需求分析”。文章通过一项在宁波进行的实证调查,探讨外向型经济环境对大学英语考试的认可度和用人单位对大学毕业生各项英语实际运用能力的期望值,并在此基础上针对大学英语教学改革提出一些建议,以求得在提高大学英语考试成绩和培养学生英语实际应用能力之间寻求着平衡点。
In order to train people who meet the social requirements, it is necessary to carry out the “Target Needs Analysis” in curriculum design or reform. Through an empirical investigation carried out in Ningbo, this paper discusses the recognition of the college entrance examination environment for English exams by employers and the expectations of employers on the practical ability of college graduates to use English. On the basis of this, it puts forward the reform of college English teaching Some suggestions to find a balance between improving college English test scores and cultivating students’ practical ability in English.
