用化学与电子学方法研究稀土和镁对锌基合金镀层在NaCl体系中耐蚀性的影响,并对镀层耐水蒸汽湿热、工业大气、土壤腐蚀能力进行了分析。结果表明,在锌基热镀合金中添加微量稀土和镁能使合金镀层的耐蚀性能显著提高。
The effects of rare earth and magnesium on the corrosion resistance of zinc-based alloy coating in NaCl system were studied by means of chemistry and electronics. The corrosion resistance of the coating to water vapor and steam, industrial atmosphere and soil were analyzed. The results show that the addition of trace amounts of rare earth and magnesium in the zinc-based hot-dip galvanized coating can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy coating.
