目的观察中西医结合治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折疗效。方法62例骨折患者先手术复位，后配后中药内服。结果10个月后随访，优59例，良5例，优良率占98．39％。结论中西医结合治疗胫骨下段粉碎性骨折疗程短，复位快，值得临床推广。
