丙型肝炎易发展为肝硬化,并可进一步演变成肝癌,因此越来越被临床重视,透明质酸(HA)是一种氨基多糖,由透明质酸参与,间质细胞和纤维母细胞合成,在肝脏代谢。为探讨血清HA对了解肝脏损害严重程度、鉴别有无早期肝硬化及预后的临床意义。本文对30例丙型肝炎患者测定了血清HA,现将结果报告如下。
