目的评比纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合骨充填材料(n-HA/PA66)义眼台和普通羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台血管化速度。方法20只新西兰兔分成A1、A2、B1、B2等4组,A组行眼内容摘除加义眼台植入术,B组行眼球摘除加义眼台植入术;1组植入n-HA/PA66义眼台,2组植入HA义眼台。每组分别于术后第4、5、6、7、8周各取1个标本,制作病理切片,测量毛细血管长入义眼台深度(mm),从而计算纤维血管化的百分率。结果相同手术方式,n-HA/PA66义眼台较HA义眼台血管化速度快,7周完全血管化(P<0.05);不同手术方式,相同材料义眼台血管化速度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论n-HA/PA66可成为新的义眼台材料。
Objective To evaluate the vascularization velocity of nHHA / PA66 composite bone filling material (n-HA / PA66) and hydroxyapatite (HA). Methods Twenty New Zealand rabbits were divided into four groups (A1, A2, B1 and B2). Group A received intraocular excision of plus eyeglasses and group B received eyeball plus plus eyeglasses implantation. Group 1 received n- HA / PA66 Yi Yan Taiwan, two groups implanted HA Yi Yan Taiwan. Each group were taken at the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th week after operation, respectively. One specimen was made and histopathological sections were made. The depth (mm) of capillaries was measured and the percentage of fibrosis was calculated. Results In the same surgical procedure, vasoconstriction of n-HA / PA66 was faster than that of HA, and completely vascularized at 7 weeks (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in vascularization velocity P> 0.05). Conclusion n-HA / PA66 can be a new material for eye prostheses.
