采用场发射SIGMA HD扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对150厚中薄板坯的夹渣缺陷形貌、分布规律及相应成分进行了综合分析。结果表明,结晶器保护渣卷入是引起钢板表面夹渣、裂纹缺陷的主要原因。针对现有板卷的夹渣、裂纹缺陷,通过分析保护渣各组分对其性能的影响及浸入式水口插入深度的优化模拟,设计出了合理的保护渣组分及浸入式水口插入深度,对裂纹及夹渣缺陷起到良好的控制作用。裂纹率由原来的5%~8%,降低到现在的3%以下,夹渣率由原来的30%降低到现在的5%以下。
The field emission SIGMA HD scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer were used to analyze the morphology, distribution and composition of the inclusions in the thin slab of 150-thick slab. The results show that the mold flux entrainment is the main reason of the slag and crack defects on the steel plate surface. Aiming at the slag inclusion and crack defects of the existing coil, the reasonable protective slag composition and submerged nozzle insertion depth were designed by analyzing the influence of the components of the mold flux on its performance and the optimal penetration depth of the submerged nozzle, Crack and slag defects play a good control. Cracking rate from the original 5% to 8%, down to the present 3% or less, slag rate from the original 30% to the current 5% or less.
