本文报道了高粱蔗(Gaoliangzhe)体细胞无性系干种子搭载“90105”科学卫星返地后整个生育周期的表现。在空间微重力条件下宇宙线对高粱蔗,重要农艺性状产生明显的辐射效应:(1)载星的无性系(Clone)再生植株14—1干种子出苗率、发育速度、株高均高于对照,并整齐一致;(2)生物学产量和子粒产量分别比对照高27.34%与38.82%,穗长、千粒重、蔗液垂度也有所增加,充分显示出利用航天技术对重要农作物及生物工程后代进行改良和辐射育种的可能性与广阔前景。
This paper reports the performance of the entire reproductive cycle after the “90105” scientific satellite was returned to dry seeds of somatic clones of Gaoliangzhe somatic clones. Under the condition of space microgravity, cosmic rays have obvious radiation effects on sorghum cane and important agronomic traits: (1) The emergence rate, growth rate and plant height of dry seeds of cloned regenerated plants 14-1 are higher than (2) The biological yield and the grain yield were 27.34% and 38.82% higher than the control respectively.
