本文通过文献回顾和选择有代表性的、熟悉的郑州市、洛阳市、焦作市、平顶山市、新乡市等几家家族企业进行访谈,借鉴Stavrou(1998)提出的家族企业代际传承模型,从个人、家庭、市场、企业四个方面分析家族企业创始人子女进入企业意愿的影响因素,并在此基础上以河南省部分高校的105位在校家族企业创始人子女作为研究对象进行实证分析。结果表明:河南省在校家族企业创始人子女进入自家企业的愿望普遍不高,子女的性别和出生次序对进入意愿的均值没有显著影响,而企业规模对均值的影响较为显著。自我实现需要和对家族企业发展的预期是影响子女进入自家企业意愿最为重要的两个因素。另外,家族企业处于不同生命周期阶段对家族企业创始人子女进入意愿也有一定影响。
Through literature review and selection of representative and familiar families in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jiaozuo, Pingdingshan and Xinxiang, this paper interviews and draws on the family business intergenerational inheritance model proposed by Stavrou (1998) Analyzing the influencing factors of children’s entering the enterprise’s wishes from four aspects of the family, family, market and enterprises. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the 105 children in the family-run enterprises in Henan Province as the research object. The results show that the children of the founder of family-run enterprises in Henan Province are generally less likely to enter their own businesses. The gender and birth order of their children have no significant effect on the average willingness to enter, while the impact of firm size on the mean is significant. The need for self-fulfillment and the expectation of family business development are two of the most important factors affecting children’s willingness to enter their own businesses. In addition, the family business at different stages of the life cycle of the children of the founder of the family business have some willingness to enter.
