骨骼肌收缩功能的强弱直接影响着动物体的运动和捕食能力。C2C12细胞收缩模型的建立,一方面有利于更为方便有效地研究肌肉损伤和药物作用机理,另一方面也是对在体实验的有益补充。近些年来,通过C2C12细胞收缩模型所进行的研究日益增多,其收缩功能的测定方法也不断涌现。本文概述C2C12细胞收缩模型的建立,着重介绍各种测定收缩功能的方法 ,对各种方法的优缺点进行对比。
Skeletal muscle contractile function directly affects the strength of the body’s movement and predation ability. The establishment of C2C12 cell contractility model is conducive to more convenient and effective study of muscle damage and drug mechanism of action, on the other hand is a beneficial supplement in vivo experiments. In recent years, the C2C12 cell contraction model by the increasing number of studies, the determination of systolic function has also emerged. This article summarizes the establishment of a C2C12 cell contraction model, highlighting various methods of measuring contractile function and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.
