采用热力模拟试验机Gleeble1500D,在变形温度为950~1200℃、应变速率为0.01~15s-1以及最大变形程度为60%的条件下,对深冲压用高强度钢45K-DDQ做单道次压缩实验。分析了不同参数对流变应力的影响,重点结合不同应力模型的特点和最佳使用范围,探讨了应力模型使用范围对模型精度的影响;用回归法确定了应力模型中的变形激活能及材料常数,得到45K-DDQ钢在峰值应力条件和稳态应力条件下的变形激活能分别为318.975和288.397kJ.mol-1,最后得到了高精度的流变峰值应力模型,平均相对误差为1.572%,相关系数R为0.9989。
Using the Gleeble1500D thermal simulator, single-pass compression of 45K-DDQ steel for deep drawing is performed under the conditions of deformation temperature 950-1200 ℃, strain rate 0.01-15s-1 and maximum deformation degree 60% experiment. The influence of different parameters on the flow stress is analyzed. The influence of the range of the stress model on the accuracy of the model is discussed based on the characteristics of the different stress models and the optimal application range. The deformation activation energy and material constant in the stress model are determined by regression analysis. , The deformation activation energies of the 45K-DDQ steel at 318 MPa and 288.397 kJ · mol-1 under the peak stress and steady-state stress were obtained. Finally, a high-precision rheological peak stress model was obtained with an average relative error of 1.572% The correlation coefficient R is 0.9989.
