目的:比较太白贝母不同生长年限栽培品及野生品茎叶显微组织特征的异同,为其人工栽培提供实验数据。方法:采用徒手切片结合石蜡切片法研究太白贝母茎和叶的组织特征。结果:栽培品与野生品的茎横切面特征、叶表皮特征均无显著差异,但组织结构的大小及发达程度等特征上存在不同程度的差异。结论:从研究结果上看,重庆巫溪适合太白贝母的人工栽培,但在种植管理中应充分利用其各生长阶段的特点,以达到提高产量和质量的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the similarities and differences of the microstructures and characteristics of the stems and leaves of cultivated and wild plants of Fritillaria cirrhosa and to provide experimental data for their artificial cultivation. Methods: Tissue characteristics of stem and leaves of Fritillaria cirrhosa were studied by using the freehand section and paraffin section method. Results: There was no significant difference in stem cross section and leaf epidermis between cultivated and wild products, but there were some differences in characteristics such as size and developed degree of tissue structure. CONCLUSION: From the results of the study, Wuxi, Wuxi is suitable for artificial cultivation of Fritillaria cirrhosa. However, the characteristics of each growth stage should be fully utilized in the management of planting so as to achieve the purpose of improving yield and quality.
