Kemet, the world’s largest tantalum capacitor manufacturer, entered into a joint venture agreement with Australasia Gold Corporation (AGM) with an initial investment of US$5.5 million. The agreement stipulates that all current and future production of AGMs will be supplied to Kemet for the production of 35,000 products of the company. After the transformation of AGM equipment, its capacity and output may only meet Kemet’s annual needs.
