支架预压时,支架体系的强度、刚度及稳定性是否满足施工要求都有待验证,因此,支架的失稳称为工程施工过程中的一个事故多发点。传统水准仪测量工作量大、效率低、精度低,监测数据不连续,且无法监测加载时的位移变化。而且测量任务多时,疲于应付,造成监测频率偏低、现场测试方法不规范;给支架预压及后续梁体混凝土施工带来了一定安全隐患。在模板支架系统的预压过程中实施自动化变形监测,是预防支架体系引起坍塌事故的重要措施。因此,采用一套具有自动监测、反馈、预警功能的监控系统,对模板支架的预压施工安全具有重要意义[1]。以桥梁支架结构预压为工程背景,现场采用高精度的光电光纤静力水准仪建立了支架变形沉降自动化监测系统,实现了支架预压全过程的自动化实时监控,自动化监测数据与传统水准仪人工测量数据比较吻合较好,支架的变形在安全范围内,确保了桥梁支架结构的预压安全与稳定。“,”whetherthestrength,stiffnessandstabilityofthesupportsystemmeettherequirementsoftheconstructionneedtobeverifiedwhenthesupportispreloaded.Therefore,theinstabilityofthesupportiscalledanaccidentpronepointintheconstructionprocess.Thetraditionallevelinginstrumenthasalargeamountofwork,lowefficiency,lowprecision,discontinuousmonitoringdataandcannotmonitorthechangeofdisplacementwhenloading.Moreover,whenmeasuringtasksaremorefrequent,itishardtocopewith,resultinginlowmonitoringfrequencyandirregularon-sitetestingmethods,whichbringscertainhiddendangerstothepreloadingofbracketsandsubsequentbeamconcreteconstruction.Theformworksupportssystempreloadingdeformationmonitoringinrealtimeisthemostdirectandeffectivemethodsandmeasurestopreventthesupportlossofstabilityoftheaccident,sotoestablishamonitoringsystemwithreal-timeobservation,feedbackandearlywarningfunctionforformworksupportpreloadingconstructionsafetyisveryimportant.Inthestructureofbridgebracketpreloading,settlementdeformationmonitoringautomationsystemofsupportwasestablishedbyusingopticalfiberstaticlevelinginstrumentwithhighprecision,automaticreal-timemonitoringsupportpreloadingprocessoftheautomaticmonitoringdatawiththetraditionalmanualmeasurementdataareingoodagreementwiththelevelcomparison,stentdeformationinasaferange,toensurethatthebridgethesupportstructureofprepressingsecurityandstability.
