目的 研究噬菌体呈现颗粒作为亚单位疫苗是否能在体诱导乙型肝炎特异性细胞毒性T细胞反应。方法 构建呈现MHCI类分子 (H 2 d)限制性表位HBs2 8~ 39的噬菌体颗粒 ,小剂量、无佐剂接种BALB/c(H 2 d)小鼠。结果 重组噬菌体呈现颗粒在体诱导H 2 d 限制的HBs2 8~ 39特异性细胞毒性T细胞反应。结论 丝状噬菌体呈现疫苗有效诱导细胞毒性T细胞反应 ,能用于发展抗病毒疫苗
Objective To investigate whether phage-displayed particles as subunit vaccines could induce hepatitis B-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses in vivo. Methods Phage particles with MHC class II (H 2 d) epitopes HBs2 8 ~ 39 were constructed and BALB / c (H 2 d) mice were vaccinated in low dose and without adjuvant. Results Recombinant phages showed HBs2 8-39-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses induced by particles in vivo-induced H2 d confinement. Conclusions Filamentous bacteriophages present vaccine effectively induce cytotoxic T cell responses and can be used to develop antiviral vaccines
