用塑料包埋制片技术进行骨髓活检,对23例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的病理切片及其涂片进行了比较。结果:①切片与涂片判断的骨髓增生度(3+、4+)有明显差异(P<0.005)。②对于粒系及巨核系病态造血的检出,切片明显高于涂片(P<0.05或P<0.001)。③对于骨髓组织结构异常的检出率(如ALIP),切片为20例,而涂片全部阴性。提示:①骨髓活检(BMB)切片较涂片能更准确判断骨髓增生程度。②切片能更全面显示病态造血。③对于骨髓组织结构异常的检出率,切片明显优于涂片。④切片还能显示骨髓基质的病变。
Bone marrow biopsy was performed using plastic embedding technique, and pathological sections and smears of 23 myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) were compared. Results: ① The degree of myeloproliferation (3 +, 4 +) was significantly different between slices and smears (P <0.005). ② For pathological hematopoiesis of granulocytic and megakaryocytopoiesis, the slices were significantly higher than smears (P <0.05 or P <0.001). ③ For bone marrow tissue abnormality detection rate (such as ALIP), section was 20 cases, and smears all negative. Tip: ① bone marrow biopsy (BMB) slice smear more accurately determine the degree of bone marrow hyperplasia. ② slice can more fully show the pathological hematopoiesis. ③ For the detection rate of abnormal bone marrow structure, the slice was significantly better than the smear. ④ slice can also show bone marrow stromal lesions.
