自1988年7月1日《中华人民共和国水法》颁布实施后,沭阳县水利局坚持不懈,深入持久广泛开展水法宣传,在每年的“水法宣传周”期间,利用广播、电视、报纸、黑板报、墙字标语、路标、印发水法传单、宣传画、街头放录像、文艺演出等多种形式,深入到乡村、河道沿线宣传。今年1月1日,是《中华人民共和国防洪法》施行第一年。新年第一天,他们印发宣传单6000余份,组织宣传车在县城和乡村进行宣传,在县城设立《防洪法》咨询台。春节刚过,又组织水政监察大队下乡宣传,以提高全民水法
