我院在消化国外先进技术基础上研究的冷轧带肋螺纹钢筋生产工艺,具有工艺流程简单、动力消耗少、产品质量优、加工成本低等突出优点。该成果于1991年10月15日通过省级鉴定,属国内首创,居国内领先水平。我国作为发展中国家,基本建设投资规模相对较大,因而钢产量的近1/5为建筑用线材产品。但目前建筑行业每年消耗的1000×10~4t线材基本都是热轧产品,钢材延伸成金属制品和再加工高效钢材的比例太低;光面钢筋与混凝土的握裹力小且自身强度差,减小了构件的安全系数;轧制过程中的加热环节又增大了能量消耗和基建投资。
Our hospital digesting foreign advanced technology based on the cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production process, with a simple process, less power consumption, excellent product quality, low cost and other outstanding advantages. The results in October 15, 1991 passed the provincial appraisal, is a domestic initiative, ranking the leading domestic level. As a developing country, China has relatively large-scale investment in capital construction. Therefore, nearly one-fifth of the steel output is wire rope products for construction. However, the current annual consumption of 1000 × 10 ~ 4t wire rod in the construction industry are all hot-rolled products. The ratio of steel products extended into metal products and re-processed high-efficiency steel products is too low. The cohesion of smooth steel bar and concrete is small and their strength is poor. Reduce the safety factor of components; the heating process in the rolling process increases the energy consumption and capital investment.
