社区教育在我国发达地区已经有了较长时间的应用,而且其效果也比较好。随着农村教育事业的发展,这个趋势正向着经济欠发达的农村地区延伸。但是因为农村与城市的文化差异,特别是经济的差异,表现出明显的地域不平衡特点。所以在社区教育构建时会遇到许多问题,这也是需要重点解决的障碍。只有联合政府、社会以及人才、农村管理等方面的因素,进行协调互动,才能让社区教育更具有科学性。重点分析介绍农村社区教育的现状及问题,并提出相应的对策研究。 Community education in developed areas in China has been a long time of application, but also its effect is better. With the development of education in rural areas, this trend is extending to economically underdeveloped rural areas. However, because of the cultural differences between rural areas and cities, especially the differences in economy, they show obvious geographical imbalances.
