连续重整装置是以石脑油为原料,在催化剂作用下生产芳烃和高辛烷值汽油组分的重要装置,同时还为加氢装置提供大量的廉价氢源。在连续重整装置中,重整进料换热器的选型对产品结构和经济效益都有重要影响。洛阳石化70×10~4t/a连续重整装置选用板壳式换热器,内漏严重,用缠绕管式换热器替代板壳式换热器,既能满足装置的传热要求,拥有优良的传热工艺性能,又具有耐高温高压、抗操作波动的特点,是连续重整装置中较为理想的高效、高可靠性设备。缠绕管式换热器替代板壳式换热器,节省成本553万元;装置3.5MPa蒸汽和燃料气消耗量明显减少,同时产品结构得到优化,提高了主产品氢气和重整汽油的产率以及重整汽油的辛烷值;重整生成油液体收率可以达到84%左右,芳烃含量可以达到77%左右,每年为企业综合节能创效8681.7万元。
