为了在地面上进行真实硬件的对接试验,已研制出一种能为对接系统提供失重动力学环境的试验台。该试验台采用六自由度运动仿真器和根据接触力测量值而计算得到的动力学特性。本文介绍了该试验设备的设计,并综合分析了所遇到的问题,所采取的解决方法以及设备目前的性能,同时指出了设备目前正在进行的重大改进。 To perform real hardware docking tests on the ground, a test rig has been developed that provides a docking system with a weightless dynamic environment. The test rig uses a 6-DOF motion simulator and kinematics calculated from contact force measurements. This article describes the design of the test equipment, a comprehensive analysis of the problems encountered, the solutions taken, and the current performance of the equipment, along with some important improvements currently underway in the equipment.
