最早西达本胺是中国原创的抗癌化学药品,是全球首个获准上市的亚型选择性组蛋白去乙酰化酶口服抑制剂(简称HDACIs,是一类化合物,其对肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭、转移的抑制作用和抗肿瘤血管生成作用已被证实)。长久以来我国制药能力堪称全球第一,但属于自己企业研发生产的原创药物微乎其微。如今这一现状伴随着原创新药西达本胺的问世一去不复返,西达本胺是中国医药制造行业里程碑式的药物。
