目的找出冷原子吸收法测定尿中汞含量实验中较优的样品消化方法。方法对用湿消化法、微波消解法两种消化方法检测的尿中汞含量结果的变异系数及加标回收率进行比较分析。结果 2种消化方法检测结果的精密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2种消化方法检测结果的准确度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2种消化方法均可作为尿汞含量的消化方法应用。
OBJECTIVE To find out the best digestion method for determination of mercury in urine by cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The coefficient of variation (CV) and the standard addition recoveries of urinary mercury contents detected by digestion method of wet digestion and microwave digestion were comparatively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the precision of the two digestion methods (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the accuracy of the two digestion methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both digestion methods can be used as digestion method for urinary mercury.
